About Papilio brand
Papilio Fashion House is a brand that has become recognizable in 23 countries of the world for 20 years.The story of the brand began in 2002 when the chief designer Alena Goretskaya created her first collection of wedding dresses.
Each of our dresses is special. Each has it’s own story. Unique designer embroidery, "haute couture" level handwork and fine work on every detail in each dress are embedded in the brand's DNA and are recognizable all over the world. Today, the products of Papilio Fashion House are presented in mono - and multi-brand salons of wedding and evening fashion in 23 countries of the world. You can find Papilio dresses at the most famous international exhibitions and fashion shows in Italy, Spain, Germany, Poland.
Production
Our factory is supplied with modern and high-tech equipment including laser and embroidery machines. All exclusive patterns are created using computer design programs that automatically transfer special patterns for cutting on a laser machine. Due to the laser we get a perfect and precisely fitted cut.
All Papilio collections are created from the highest quality fabrics in our own design laboratory (from the designer's sketch to the introduction into production). The products are distinguished by high-quality tailoring and perfect fit, as well as fine handwork (designing of embroidery, accessories and designer prints).

Brand story in dates
• In 2002, Alena Goretskaya created the first Papilio brand collection of wedding dresses
• В 2006 the first monobrand Papilio boutique was opened in Brest.
• В 2009 the beginning of cooperation with representatives from Poland. Today, the brand is represented in 18 cities.
• В 2014 Papilio dresses were successfully presented for the first time at one of the most important European exhibitions "Si SposaItalia Collezioni" in Italy.
• В 2015 the company became the main sponsor of the opening of Acura/Honda dealership in Toronto. In the same year, Austrian violinist Lydia Baich performed at the opening of Eurovision Song Contest in a dress by Papilio, designed and made for her individual order.
• В 2016 as part of a collaboration with a famous stylist Ali Maksud, a fantastic fashion show was held in a famous Catholic Cathedral of St. Nicholas. Petra is in Vienna.
• В 2018 the largest wedding salon in Europe with an area of 1500 square meters was opened in the south of Germany, where Papilio dresses are presented.
• В 2019 along with the main collections of wedding and evening dresses the presentation of the debut collection "Cosmopolitan city" of "Papilio Light" line was held. These dresses were created for wedding celebrations in a light format – chamber weddings, ceremonies on the beach. By this time, dresses from Papilio Fashion House were already sold in 17 countries around the world, including Italy, Canada, the USA, China, Germany, Poland, France and others.

Every two years our dresses are worn by the most beautiful girls of a country at national and international beauty contests. During the entire existence of the brand more than 50 collections of wedding and evening images have been released and more than 250 thousand girls have chosen Papilio dresses for their special day!
