Where to buy Papilio dresses?
The head office of Papilio Fashion House and its factory are located in Belarus. However, you can try on Papilio dresses in 23 countries. You can find contacts of our representatives on our official website papilio.by in the "where to buy" section. If you haven’t found your region/city in the list of our partners you can order a dress directly at the factory placing your order in our online store papiliodress.by.
Is it possible to sew a dress to order?
You can purchase available model from the stock and place an order for individual tailoring of the product according to your parameters. You can get acquainted with all the models available for order in the “catalog" section or on our official website papilio.by
How to choose the size of a model?
To determine which size you need you can use our
size table
in the card of each product (parameters for each size are indicated in centimeters) or contact our managers directly on the website or at info@papiliodress.by
Manufacture time
The approximate production time of the product after placing an order is 1 month. Please note that these terms may vary depending on the workload of the factory during the season. We also draw your attention to the fact that the production time of the order can be reduced to 2-3 weeks for an additional fee (the cost of the product in this case will increase to 20%). To clarify the possibility of placing an urgent order and production time at the time of placing an order you can contact our manager.
Can I change design of a dress?
Each of our dresses is unique: we do not produce models based on the design of other brands and do not radically change the design of our own models. If your parameters do not match our size grid and individual tailoring of a product according to your standards is required, the cost of the model will be increased by 50%. In case of finalizing the design of template for making your dress the cost of the product increases by 20%. For more information, you can contact our manager.
Process of payment
When buying available product (from the Shop section) after confirming your order by the manager a 100% prepayment is made, including the cost of delivery of the product. When placing an order for individual tailoring after confirming the order by the manager, an advance payment of 30% of the cost of the product is made. Further, after the dress is sewn at the factory it is necessary to pay the remaining 70% of the cost of the product, as well as the cost of delivery.
Can I be sure of the quality of the products?
Each dress is checked by the quality department so we are sure that there are no defects and that the product meets all the requirements. Even hand made embroideries exactly correspond to the design presented in the product card.
Do you deliver worldwide?

Papilio brand is recognizable in 23 countries around the world. Due to the fact that we already have brand representatives in many cities / countries the delivery from our online store is not carried out to these regions. You can clarify the contacts of the brand representatives in your region on our official website in the "Where to buy" section and contact them to order or buy a Papilio dress. If you have any questions about delivery to your region you can always contact us.

How to track my order?
After a full payment of the order the manager registers your order with the delivery service and sends a track code to track the parcel by email. In addition, the tracking number of the parcel can be seen in your personal account.
Can I return the dress I bought in the online store?
Each order is individual. We make a dress just for you and in accordance with your wishes so, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund. To make it easier for you to decide on an order our managers are always ready to give advice on any product, help with choosing your size and provide additional photo and video materials also. If you still have any problems with the received order, please write to us at info@papiliodress.by within 7 days from the date of receiving the order.
Can I change or cancel my order?
When placing an order for individual tailoring of a dress you can make changes to the order until the prepayment is made. After making a prepayment your order is sent directly to the factory and from now on it is not available for changes. Unfortunately, if you cancel an order after making a prepayment we'll not be able to refund your money because each dress is made individually for you. For your safety , we have a lot of additional photo and video materials that will help you decide on the order. In addition to the materials presented in the product cards you can request information from the manager.
How will my order be packed?

We carefully pack each order in a box and also attach a special branded protective trunk with handles for easy storage and transportation.


Delivery terms and options
Please note that due to the epidemiological situation the possibility of delivery to your country may be limited. You can specify the possibility of delivery, as well as options and terms of delivery to your country in the "delivery" section or directly consult with the manager of our online store.
Duties and taxes
International parcels may be subject to customs duties, taxes and duties upon arrival in the destination country. The amount of customs duties, taxes and other charges is not included in the price of the order or delivery, the responsibility for their payment lies with the buyer. Please contact the customs office in your region or the goods delivery service in advance to get information about the current system of taxes and fees in your region.
