Return

The return of goods is carried out in accordance with the Law "On Protection of Consumer Rights" of the Republic of Belarus.

In accordance with this Law the Buyer has the right to return goods of proper quality within 14 calendar days from the date of their receipt provided that the goods were not used, their consumer properties were preserved and there is evidence of their purchase from this seller (Article 28).

Goods of a good quality that are not subject to exchange and return are listed in the List approved by the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus No. 778 of June 14, 2002. In accordance with this list, jewelry (necklaces, necklaces, earrings, bracelets, brooches, rings) is not accepted for return.

Please note that the return of the goods is carried out at the expense of the Buyer.

Paid by the buyer for the goods are made in the same form in which the payment was made goods:

When paying by credit card refund to the Bank card from which conducted the payment (term return up to 30 days depending on the Bank).
